  • Account & Waitlist Data: Name, email address, company name, and number of units managed when you sign up for our waitlist or create an account.
  • Property & Tenant Data: Property details, tenant contact information, and maintenance request data that you or your tenants submit through the Service.
  • Communications: Messages, emails, and survey responses you send to us or submit through the platform.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. See Section 6 for details.

2 How We Use Your Information

  • Provide & improve the Service: Process maintenance requests, run AI triage, dispatch vendors, and send tenant communications.
  • Communicate with you: Send waitlist updates, product announcements, onboarding emails, and support responses.
  • Analytics & improvement: Understand how the Service is used so we can improve features, performance, and user experience.
  • Security & fraud prevention: Detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access or abuse.
  • Legal compliance: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

3 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Cloudflare for infrastructure, Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and AI model providers for triage).
  • Vendors (at your direction): When you dispatch a maintenance vendor through the platform, we share relevant work order details with that vendor.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.

4 AI Processing & Tenant Data

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to triage maintenance requests and generate responses. Here’s what you should know:

  • Maintenance request descriptions and related data are processed by AI models to classify urgency, suggest DIY fixes, and generate work orders.
  • We do not use your data or tenant data to train our AI models.
  • AI-generated responses are designed to assist—not replace—professional judgment. Property managers retain full control over vendor dispatch and decision-making.
  • Tenant personally identifiable information (PII) is handled in accordance with this policy and is only used to deliver the Service.

5 Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Waitlist data is retained until you request removal or the waitlist program ends. Maintenance records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period for audit and compliance purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare and Supabase, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9 Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
